In order to book an appointment, you must have a referral forwarded to our office via family physician or urgent care clinic
As per CPSO guidelines, we aim to provide patients with a booking notification within 14 days of receipt of referral.
Referrals are triaged and booked accordingly due to severity
If the reason for referral is a new concern or it has been more than 2 years since you were last seen in office, you will require a new referral.
